Al has been  painting my homes and office for over 20 years. He does an amazing job and I have always been extremely happy with his work.  We had a room addition done in our last home and the contractor used his own painter. I didn’t think to insist on Al, which was a HUGE mistake. After they were done, I hired Al to come in and repaint, he uses Dunn Edwards paint, paints with straight lines and edges, is respectful and clean! He shows up on time and does what he says he will do. Hire Al the first time, you will be happy you did!

Hired AG & Sons for the first time toward the end of last year based on a referral. We were selling an investment home in Temecula CA and needed the entire residence addressed both inside and out, including stucco and drywall patching work. The bid was more than fair.  Al Guardado and his crew were the most efficient and reliable painters I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of involvement with investment properties. I am very particular. After the home was put on the market, we had three offers in three days and it not only sold for higher than the asking price but also more than any other residence had in the neighborhood. I attribute that sale in no small part to AG & Sons and I know that for a fact based on the many comments I heard from potential buyers, as well as realtors. We have now contracted AG & Sons to paint the exterior of our personal residence in Bonsall, CA, commencing next month. In addition to my above comments, professional, knowledgeable, timely, dependable, neat, reasonable and pleasant to be around comes to mind.
